Our Story

MM-Key Oy is a Oulu-based business consulting firm, established by our CEO & Founder Matti Matinheikki, a seasoned professional with a combined 35 years of experience working for both private and public organizations where he provided expertise in project development services and managing rental apartment properties.

Our core values are centered on excellence and professionalism, which are reinforced by our extensive industry experience. Our primary objective is to provide exceptional business consulting services to our clients.

Matti Matinheikki

CEO / Consultant

I am Doctor of Science in Technology Industrial Engineering and Management. During my career, I have worked in both public and private sectors in leading positions as deputy mayor and CEO. I have also gained a Professional Teacher Education in 2023. This degree has further improved my ability to deliver my knowledge and expertise.

I have spent 25 years crafting and developing strategies, as well as operational plans for large and medium-sized organizations. I am also familiar with managing project development, due to my experience in leading positions within technical and environment services and enterprises.

I’ll be happy to utilize my extensive industry knowledge to help you to enhance your organization’s ability to develop its strategic and operational functions and optimize your organization’s goals in main projects.

Our Most Recent Clients

MM-Key Oy/Matti Matinheikki acted as a consultant when VRJ Etelä-Suomi Oy participated in the tender for the outsourcing of the maintenance and infrastructure operations of the city of Oulu. The consultant organized the tendering process and participated in meetings and negotiations as agreed separately.

The task was to produce information to support tendering and contract calculation, analyze tender documents and map project risks, and contribute to obtaining the contract and its financial success.
